Bronze Sponsorship Level – $100.00
Bronze Level Sponsors receive: logo in the conference brochure and conference advertising, as well as on our website homepage.

No CE's will be given for this type of registration. If you would like to attend the conference for CE's you'll need to register to attend.

Bronze sponsorship registration closes on October 29th, 2026 to allow proper planning time.
Gold Sponsorship Level – $500.00
Gold Level Sponsors receive: advertising on our website homepage, logo added to conference swag (t-shirt), full page in the conference booklet and on conference advertising, a sponsor table at the conference, and participation in a lunch time Facebook Live.

No CE's will be given for this type of registration. If you would like to attend the conference for CE's you'll need to register to attend.

Gold sponsorship registration closes on October 15th to allow proper planning time.
Platinum Sponsorship Level – $1,000.00
Only 2 Platinum sponsorships are available!

Platinum Level Sponsors receive: 2 conference registrations included, 15 minutes to present at lunch, advertising on our website homepage, logo added to conference swag (t-shirt), full page in the conference booklet and on conference advertising, a sponsor table at the conference, and participation in a lunch time Facebook Live.

Play Therapy Kit Sponsorship – $200.00
We are in need of play therapy kits for participants to use during the conference. Sponsoring a kit will allow participants to use the supplies, but sponsors will have the option to take home the kit at the end of the conference for use in your agency or practice! Kits will consist of basic child-centered play therapy supplies and a mobile bag to store the supplies. Sponsors at this level can choose to keep the kit at the end of the conference or donate for raffle to participants! This can be combined with any other level of sponsorship.
Silver Sponsorship Level – $250.00
Silver Level Sponsors receive: logo in the conference brochure, on our website homepage, and conference advertising, a sponsor table at the conference, and participation in a lunch time Facebook Live.

Become a sponsor today for the Nebraska Counseling Association 2026 Fall Conference!

Join us for the NCA's 2026 Fall Conference, at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District in Omaha! We will be hosting Dr. Jose "Joey" Tapia, who will be providing an intensive introduction to Child-Centered Play Therapy. We are planning for up to 120 in person attendees.

**If you would like to register for CE's please do so HERE. Unless you register for a Platinum Sponsorship, registration for CE's is NOT included.

A hotel block is available at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District. Rooms must be reserved by October 9th to lock the conference rate. BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE.

Important Deadlines:

October 1st: Early Bird rates for members end

October 15th: Platinum & Gold Sponsorships close. We need all logos for Platinum & Gold Sponsorships by no later than 5pm on October 15th to get them on the shirts.

October 15th: Play Therapy Kit Sponsorships close (we need time for the supplies to ship to us prior to the conference)

October 29th: Silver and Bronze Sponsorships close. We need all logos and needed info from all sponsor by no later than 5pm on October 29th so that we can finalize the Conference Booklet and get ready for the conference.

Tentative Schedule (subject to change, all times are Central):

7am: Sponsors may start setting up

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Conference check in, light breakfast, sponsor tables

9:00 AM - 12PM: CCPT Intensive

12:00 - 1:30PM: Lunch/Annual Business Meeting/Sponsor Tables/Sponsor Facebook Live/Platinum Sponsor presentations
1:30 - 4:40 PM: CCPT Intensive Continued

Conference Adjournment 4:30pm

5:00: Please have your area cleaned up

Each sponsor will be provided one 6" table and two chairs. Each sponsor will be provided a maximum of 2 meal tickets. At this time we do not plan to provide table cloths.
